
The Bloom of Time is an incredible florist and retail space in California. They reached out to me because they had everything on Shopify and wanted a more custom experience for the wedding florals side of their business. They also booked branding through December Oak, and we collaborated with our brand designer throughout the project to create something cohesive.
The Bloom of Time only featured their wedding services on one page of their shop website. I needed to build out a whole website experience that would showcase their work, provide more information on their services, and help visitors learn about the team to build a connection before reaching out. The challenge was creating something that felt custom and high-end while still being accessible to couples planning their weddings.



I approached this site with high-end building blocks through the brand and beautiful photography the client provided. They had a photoshoot to match the new brand and website's needs, and the brand included illustrations that I incorporated throughout the site to lend to the custom look.
I built individual galleries for their portfolio so it was easy to link a particular event to a potential client while featuring all the weddings they were most proud of. Their services page focuses mostly on their wedding work but hints at other event types. We wanted the site to appeal primarily to couples but still work for anyone interested in booking The Bloom of Time.
I featured each team member, including their favorite flower, to add a personal touch to the process. These small details help potential clients feel like they're getting to know the people behind the work before they ever reach out. I developed the site on Showit, creating a foundation that was both beautiful and functional.


Adrienne, Jed, and the team saw growth after launch, even being awarded California florist of the year in 2023. They worked with an SEO expert to take the foundation I built and elevate it to the next level.
The website gave them the custom experience they needed to showcase their wedding work properly. It positioned them as the high-end florist they are while making it easy for couples to see their style and connect with the team. I enjoy continuing to watch them grow and blossom into an iconic business.
