Lumos Produzioni is a luxury wedding videography company based in Italy. They work with high-profile clients—celebrities, creatives, and influential families—creating cinematic films of their celebrations. Their work is rooted in Italian cinema, so everything they create has this artistic, elevated quality to it.
Lumos' website didn't match the caliber of their work. Their films are stunning, rooted in Italian cinema with an elevated, artistic quality, but their site didn't reflect that high-end experience. This meant they had to work harder after initial contact to build trust and prove their value. Potential clients couldn't immediately see what made Lumos exceptional, and wedding planners hesitated to recommend them. We needed to create a digital presence that actually matched their artistry.

I started by immersing myself in their world. I studied their portfolio, talked with Simone and Francesca about how they work with clients, and listened to a playlist they created to capture the emotional tone they wanted. The insight became clear: their website needed to feel like one of their films.
Lumos requested vertical videos inspired by the Chanel Italia website, and I loved how modern and cinematic that approach felt. I used white space, editorial layouts, and vertical video throughout to create that quality. The typography balanced Italian cinema heritage with modern precision.
The process was incredibly collaborative. Working with Simone and Francesca throughout the project made it better. Their input helped shape the vision, and partnering with a Webflow developer, we built interactions that I storyboarded that were specifically cinematic. The homepage video grows as you scroll. On the experience page, you zoom through text into video. Gallery pages have credits that roll like a film because these aren't just photo galleries, they're visual narratives.

When Simone and Francesca saw the design, they said we nailed it. No revisions needed. That happened because I took the time to understand their vision deeply before designing anything. The site does exactly what it was built to do. I translated all that research into a digital experience that matches their artistry.
Since launch, they're getting inquiries from excited potential clients who already understand what Lumos offers and are ready to invest. Their network is growing because wedding planners finally have a site they feel confident sharing. The website became what it needed to be: a tool that builds trust immediately and positions Lumos exactly where they belong.
